The Corporate Sponsorship Program has been designed to benefit different companies with different purposes. We have three avenues for exposure:

Sponsors Exhibitors Advertisers

We welcome your involvement in any of our programs. Please review these programs and if you are interested, please download an application, complete it and send it as noted on the form.

Sponsors:

Sponsorship Levels/Benefits

Platinum ($5,000)

  • Two (2) free registrations (If registered by the early registration cut-off date - September 25, 2010.)
  • Company logo and name printed on sponsored material (if applicable) or prominently displayed at the sponsored venue.
  • Full page black and white advertisement in Conference Program (see advertising guidelines on the Corporate Sponsorship Page of the NESUG website - www.nesug.org - Advertisement copy is due by October 8, 2010).
  • NEW THIS YEAR: Item to be included in Conference Registration Bag (to be approved prior to shipping to Conference Hotel).
  • Link to your company's website from the NESUG Corporate Sponsorship webpage (please provide color logo in .JPG or .GIF format and web address as soon as possible for greatest exposure).
  • Use of part of Corporate Sponsorship table in the general conference area for distribution of your company information.
  • Recognition at the Opening Session (verbal and logo on screen).

Gold ($3,000)

  • One (1) free registration (If registered by the early registration cut-off date - September 25, 2010.)
  • Company logo and name printed on sponsored material (if applicable) or prominently displayed at the sponsored venue.
  • Half page black and white advertisement in Conference Program (see advertising guidelines on the Corporate Sponsorship Page of the NESUG website - www.nesug.org - Advertisement copy is due by October 8, 2010).

Silver ($1,500)

  • Company logo and name printed on sponsored material (if applicable) or prominently displayed at the sponsored venue.

  • Quarter page black and white advertisement in Conference Program (see advertising guidelines on the Corporate Sponsorship Page of the NESUG website - www.nesug.org - Advertisement copy is due by October 8, 2010).
  • Link to your company's website from the NESUG Corporate Sponsorship webpage (please provide color logo in .JPG or .GIF format and web address as soon as possible for greatest exposure).

Exhibitors ($2,500)

The NESUG Exhibit and Demo Room and General Pre-function area at the annual conference has booth space available for Exhibitors. Booths are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to approval by SAS and the NESUG Executive Committee. Request for space and payment must be made and approved prior to the Conference Program publication deadlines. Any prospective exhibitor must be promoting SAS software or services for SAS software professionals. No competitive software will be permitted.

General Guidelines:

In order for a company to be considered an Exhibitor, said company must directly provide a product or service to its customers that employ SAS software. Exhibitors cannot promote products that compete with SAS software. They also cannot distribute marketing literature that contains pricing information. No recruiting or soliciting is permitted in the NESUG Exhibit and Demo Room or throughout the conference. NESUG, with input from SAS Institute, shall have complete and final authority in determining whether or not a company can be considered a Exhibitor.

All Exhibitors (primary contact and additional support) must register for the conference via the website (www.nesug.org). Specifics for this will be provided when the registration system is opened.

Advertisers

As Part of the NESUG Corporate Sponsorship/Exhibitor program, advertising is included at each level. There are also Newsletter Advertisings available:

E-Newsletter Advertising Guidelines:

NESUG’s e-newsletter, the NESUG Express, provides the opportunity for companies/ individuals to place an ad in any or all issues. The NESUG Express goes out to our entire mailing list (as opposed to the conference attendees only) so it will provide a substantially larger audience. There will be two (2) e-newsletters before the annual conference and one (1) following.  All NESUG Express advertising must be:

  • Color or black and white
  • .JPG format (preferred)

NESUG Express Advertising Options:

  • Simple ($500/e-newsletter or $1,200/all three(3) e-newsletters).
    • Color company logo with link to specified URL
  • Custom ($750/e-newsletter or $1,850/all three(3) e-newsletters)
    • Color company logo with up to 50 words along with link to specified URL

E-Newsletter Publication Schedule:

  • Spring (June 7, 2010)
  • Pre-Conference (September 27,2010)
  • Post-Conference (November 22, 2010)
